The main characteristics of products are shown on our website, on each product’s page. The products offered for sale on our website may not exactly correspond to the real parameters in terms of image and colours due to the Internet browser or monitor used. Furniture Mood is not responsible for any wrong impression by customers to the image and colours due to the above. 

Please note that we do not offer refunds as all our products are made according to your measurements and built to fit you—and no one else. Unless if any of the measurements that relate to the manual measurements are incorrect by longer or shorter than 3cm, please contact Customer Service within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note the customer is responsible for all returns shipping costs (this includes any import duty for international customers). The items sold on our website are made especially for you after you place your order. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on the following items, exceptions are indicated on each product page. Sales of customized orders are considered final, if within 48 hours as of the order placement you have not contacted us with a request for change or withdrawal.
